What do you love about proALPHA?
What I like most about proALPHA is that all aspects mentioned in the job posting and in initial conversations have proven to be true. The company did not make empty promises but stayed real. As employees, our performance is not only recognized, but also appreciated and encouraged. In addition, we're offered many opportunities. Wherever possible, employees' preferences and tendencies are acknowledged. I know that I can count on support whenever I need it. I also like the casual working atmosphere and the great teamwork. New ideas are always welcomed and considered. And then there are the various benefits and social events that proALPHA has in store.
How were you able to further develop at proALPHA?
I started out as Service Consultant in the FNA/labor team. Only nine months later, I was promoted team moderator. After one more year, I started our internal team lead process. Not only was I able to advance within the company, but also to enhance my personal and professional skills.
How would you describe proALPHA in three words?
My best decision! :)

If you could have any superpower – which one would it be?
I'd like to travel through time and witness first hand how people have lived in the past and how they will live in the future. That would be so exciting!
What do you love about proALPHA?
proALPHA is a high-growth company on the road to success. Thus, processes are reconceptualized and everybody is welcome to take active part in transforming the company for the better. It's very exciting to come up with ideas and concepts that impact the way proALPHA (product and company) will operate and perform in the future.
I am also impressed by the team spirit and the close relationship between me and my colleagues. Everybody's ready to help whenever I have questions. We're all on a first-name basis, even up to the executive board, which contributes to a very pleasant working environment.
How would you describe your job to your friends?
As Team Lead Service/Support in Systems Technology, I'm in charge of providing our customers with the best possible service. Whenever my team experiences uncertainties with regard to solution finding, I solicit the help of the right people in order to address the respective issues promptly and effectively.

How would you describe your job to your friends?
In our team, we take care of our customers' issues that are related to materials management. We have various tools that support us in analyzing the issues and finding suitable solutions.
How did you experience the application process and the onboarding process?
The try-out-day during the application process really helped me with my decision. It reassured me in choosing proALPHA as my employer.
I couldn't have imagined a better onboarding process at proALPHA. The mentoring program promotes on-the-spot training with a contact person always at hand. This way, during the first six months, each new hire receives individual training tailored to their future tasks.
What do you love most about your job?
I like the diversity and challenges of my job and the success you experience when you and your team have been working eagerly to find the solution to a customer's problem.
