We aim for continuous process optimization. Your focus is on digitalizing and optimizing business processes in key areas like finance, MES, CRM, HR, and DMS/ECM. By combining consulting expertise with technical implementation, you create long-term, future-proof solutions that drive customer success. ## Our Promise: Support and Flexibility ### Remote work with travel readiness Our ERP and Business Application consultants regularly visit our customers, whereas project developers focus primarily on technical implementation. However, direct customer interaction is essential for both roles to deliver tailored solutions and build strong relationships. Since COVID-19, most meetings are now virtual. If on-site meetings are essential in your region, travel times will be planned to remain within a reasonable daily commuting distance. If needed, we provide a company car as part of an individual arrangement. ### Structured onboarding From day one, we support you with structured onboarding. In ERP Consulting, you will receive certified ERP consultant training and visit seminars to gain in-depth expertise. In Business Application Consulting, hands-on training ensures a smooth start. This way, you’ll be fully prepared to take on responsibility and support our customers’ success from the beginning.
