In the Service & Support team at the Proalpha Group, you are the first point of contact when it matters most. Together, we ensure that our software runs smoothly and that our customers receive the best possible support at all times. You will help answer technical questions, resolve challenges, and keep our customers' business processes efficient.
Service & Support is the backbone of our customer relationships. With an average of 50,000 tickets per year and a 90 percent resolution rate within one week, we demonstrate our commitment and efficiency. We resolve 85 percent of all system outages in under two hours, because we understand that every minute counts.
Our work is shaped by collaboration and initiative. Whether you're directly supporting customers or developing technical solutions behind the scenes, you'll have the chance to take on responsibility quickly and make an active contribution. We also offer the flexibility to work on-site or remotely, so you can design a work style that fits you.
We work with innovative tools like ServiceNow for ticket management and Jira (Kanban) for long-term tasks. Our daily meetings ensure that we stay on top of current topics, open tickets and potential solutions.
My career at Proalpha began as a working student in the service department, where I also had the opportunity to write my master's thesis. In particular, the strong team spirit and the numerous opportunities to develop both personally and professionally motivated me to continue my career at Proalpha. Thanks to the continuous support and the open communication culture, I feel that I am in very good hands here and look forward to continuing my journey at the company.
