Here, you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about applying to the Proalpha Group. We’re excited to get to know you and support you on your career journey!
Apply directly via the “Apply now” button in our job postings. This allows us to assign your documents correctly and include them in the application process.
Please use our application portal exclusively to submit your application. Application documents sent to us by email – regardless of the email address they are sent to – cannot be considered and will be deleted for data protection reasons.
We are currently not accepting speculative applications – neither by email nor through any other contact channel.
Please apply only for a specific position advertised on our careers page. You can find all current vacancies there.
As a general rule, your CV is sufficient for your application – unless the respective job posting explicitly asks for additional documents or certificates.
Please upload all documents combined into one file under “CV” in the application portal. Accepted file types are PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT and RTF.
Please fill out the application form again and check your spam folder afterwards, as the required code often ends up there. Alternatively, you can try using a different email address.
If it still does not work, feel free to contact us by email.
If you are interested in several positions, please apply for only one of them. In the “Additional information” field, let us know which other positions you are interested in.
As long as a position is published online, it is still vacant and we are happy to receive your application. There is no general application deadline. If a specific deadline applies to a position, you will find it directly in the respective job posting.
For these positions, the start date can be agreed flexibly with us.
Location-specific positions require regular or occasional presence at a particular location, while positions advertised throughout Germany give you the option to work from home.
In certain cases, working from abroad may be possible. However, this depends on the respective position and the applicable legal requirements.

Please understand that, due to the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual reasons for rejection. Every application is carefully reviewed, but we cannot offer personal feedback on individual decisions.
Our interviews can take place in person, by phone or via video conference – depending on what works best for you and for us. If you require any specific arrangements or support, please let us know in advance.

Yes, we regularly offer internships, including mandatory internships. You can apply via “Internships within the Proalpha Group” in our job listings.
The best option is to apply directly via the link sent to you by the Proalpha employee. This ensures that the referral is automatically assigned correctly. Alternatively, you can enter the employee’s name in the “Additional information” field.
Your data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and automatically deleted after six months.
