What do you love about Proalpha?
After many years of working for US companies, the focus now lies on the individual. Here, I'm experiencing a welcoming atmosphere. Take my successful onboarding process as an example: despite the current difficult situation, I was well introduced to my tasks thanks to my two mentors.
How would you describe your job to your friends?
I support prospective customers in their choice of software, and I'm quite independent in doing so. Proalpha gives me plenty of rope and provides me with useful resources quickly and without red tape.
If you could have any superpower – which one would it be?
Based on my current position, it would certainly be mindreading. This superpower would be incredibly helpful in my daily work with new customers.

How would you describe your job to your friends?
In order to use ERP systems efficiently, our customers need the relevant know-how with regard to administration, maintenance and expertise. My team and I offer an allround service to our customers covering all these aspects. It's my job to ensure that Proalpha users can implement our software efficiently in their day-to-day business and that they have a single point of contact in case of questions.
